The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) link redirects me to the Library Homepage. A known issue sometimes causes the ILL link to redirect to the ACU Library homepage. Although we do not know what causes this issue, we know that the following solutions almost always solve it:
- Opening the ILL link in a different browser
- Opening the ILL link in an incognito window in Chrome or private window in Firefox
- Clearing cache and cookies from your browser
