How do I download an eBook from EBSCO? In order to download and read an EBSCO eBook offline on a desktop, you will need an EBSCO account (free to sign up or use your ACU Sign In at top right), an Adobe Digital ID (also free to sign up and usually your e-mail address). Also, Adobe® Digital Editions 1.7.1 or higher is required for viewing, which can be downloaded from the Adobe Digital Editions website. Downloaded eBooks cannot be viewed or opened using PDF software.

In order to download an ebook offline from EBSCO on an iPad or Android tablet, you will need an EBSCO account (free to sign up), an Adobe Digital ID (also free to sign up and usually your e-mail address), and you will need to download the EBSCO Mobile App, available for Apple devices (iTunes App store), with a beta version for android (Google Play).
